Math: This week we are continuing to put fractions on a number line, by partitioning the number line into equal intervals. We are investigating equivalent fractions through number line.
Reading: We are continuing to work on revising a scene of choice from Peter Pan. Science: Students will be learning about forces (push, pull, gravitational pull) and motion (rotary, linear, reciprocating, oscillating) and how they relate to one another. There will be a combination of lessons and activities where they will represent different countries and compete with each other to win gold, silver and bronze medals based on their participation, cooperation with each other, sportsmanlike conduct and the criteria of the event. |
Click here to view or reprint HW choices for the next two weeks. Reading homework is still required, everything else is optional with no weekly requirements. It's a choice homework approach where students work at their own pace. Tickets don't expire and they get turned in for rewards.

Please only sign and return graded papers in your child's SPOT folder that has a 1, 2, 3, or 4 on it. Student's classwork with checks on it does not need to be signed and returned, those papers were only checked for accuracy but were not recorded in my gradebook.
